The unthinkable is happening in Phlan; someone, or some thing, is taking the children. What began as strange reports from outlying farms, has now become a city-wide problem. Emotions and tempers run high and accusations are thrown carelessly. The Chancellor has offered a substantial reward to anyone that can not only get to the bottom of the mystery while keeping the citizens from turning on one another in the process.
